Hi Guys,

I'm trying to update my Head Unit with e-sys, using 18-03 PSDZ.

When trying to connect, I get the following error.
Can anyone help?

Open connection failed [C028]

Thanks for the reply.. I have it working now with Esys 3.40.2 and v4.42.20 PSdZData.

The big problem I have now is the the Apple Carplay (USB Bin file) I purchased doesn't load and all my NAV / Maps are gone.

I was only updating the Head Unit firmware per the guy's instructions to get Full Screen Carplay.

Not sure what to do now... I reached out to the dude I purchased from, but hasn't replied yet.

Flashing restores the unit to stock. There are other ways other than flashing to get carplay fullscreen. I can help you with the maps and carplay.
