I remember now. That was the odd one. It always shows "delayed quote" no matter where you look.

Check into PRPO...if you haven't since I posted last about it. There is still time. In my opinion.

PRPO is already a partner of Sugentech using their Lancet product.

Rumor is they are trying/have an agreement with Sugentech's Covid test and seeking FDA approval.

Again...do the research. And make the best decision for you!

Surprised no one else is interested in SGBX.

I bought in at $2.48 and thinking about loading up some more.

It’s on my watch list. Just haven’t bought any cuz I’m into several other short to medium term penny stocks and don’t want to have to keep my eye on too many. Will look into it once I sell off two or three-hopefully over next month or two.

Thanks Rmtt,
I am a little overweight in Health/pharma now, but put PRPO on my watch list. It is up ~3- 4% today, so my inclination would be to wait until tomorrow. Do you agree, pls?
For a few months SDGR has been making me a happy guy....

Yep!

I didn't get in because I got other irons in the fire. But It's getting a lot of attention right now. Potential "double your money" talk going on!

I like this one.....slow and steady pace. Kind of like me.

I still think we have a few days before any catalyst. But being a Covid play...you never know when they will go. Charts on this one are solid.

Everyday it inches along and gathers more steam!

Solid advice on TD Ameritrade, I setup an account and installed Think or Swim on my desktop with a paper account. Going to take a while to go over all tabs on there thanks!

So it is not intended to dilute the share price....well aside from the people panicking and selling it because they don't know what this means.

Public Offerings and Direct Offerings do put more shares out. One to everyone, and the other to private interests/ institutions that have an interest in the company.

Now if they came out with a DO of $4 or less that would be diluting it.

Maybe I should have stated it differently as I meant no dilution to share price.
Doing a 1:3 split followed by a $40M DO seems shady to me.

You can't go wrong with Robinhood if you are an investor (long term hold).

Most basic with no commission.
Until you can't sell during a market crash and your account keeps getting deeper in the red lol.

Robinhood is a joke and is always on the news in one way or another, why anyone would use it is beyond me. Use a good trading platform like thinkorswim by TD or something similar.

And almost everyone offers trading at no commission now (thanks to robinhood).

Possibly. I see it as it as a way to get it out of the "Penny Stock" status and stigma associated with it.

Now bigger investors will actually look at it...and apparently have as the DO was a higher price per share than what the stock closed for on the previous day.

It dilutes total shares about 15 million while still retaining a pretty low Market Cap and raises $40million in cash for the company.

I have seen the pics of the construction in JFK.....and I look at it as they are gearing up for future expansion in other airports that they may or may not already have contracts for. We know they have been in talks with them...and the job postings to fill these other areas are out there.

But who knows...I'm an optimistic guy.

Agreed! Stick to your big platforms - free trading is everywhere these days.

Just take a look at current market prices to verify.

Sweet!

Regarding SGBX: would you average up here? Or wait for another dip?

Impressed with how nicely XSPA is holding up. It showcases the overall consensus of shareholders.

You guys should look into $SE. They destroyed their Q1 earnings report and are aggressively growing their E-Commerce platform in new emerging markets (SE Asia and Latin America). Lots of room to grow and are heavily diversified between E-Commerce, Digital Entertainment, and E-Payments. This could be a good stock to diversify your portfolio with all the manipulation that is going on in the US right now...

+1. Absolutely avoid Robinhood. The amount of times that they’ve screwed their customers over the past few months alone is ridiculous. And to add insult to injury, they tried tossing everyone a few bucks to sign away their right to seek damages. Wildly unacceptable behavior and performance for a “broker.”
