I know alot of guys are into the whole Panerai, AP, Rolex, Seiko thing. I never was. These watches don't really keep accurate time. Well, the Seiko does.
But, bless you guys for your interest in this hobby

What do you consider "accurate" time...? And by "Seiko" I assume you are referring to quartz models, right? Seiko automatics are notoriously inaccurate other then their top models.

A COSC certified Rolex will be well within -4 / +6 seconds per day, so pretty accurate.

A METAS certified watch will be -0 / +5 seconds per day...

Speaking of accuracy , I generally find Seiko movements to keep the time very well but even Chinese products be it Guangzhou or PT5000 Movement can be as accurate as Sellita . I think it depends on its being regulated by watchmaker .
There's even differences between two Rolex watches
For instance: My Rolex Daytona 116500 LN002 was almost accurate as a quartz movement but Rolex Daytona 116506 Platinum run a bit faster being same movement
