Turbo not Buliding boost

Technical advice needed:
I encountered a problem after adjusting the preload on my wastegate, all of a sudden(5 minutes after adjusting; and after the car was working 100% fine) the turbo is not building boost anymore, and the vacuum line is not sucking in the actuator arm.

Any warning lights?

Have you checked for fault codes?

adjust it back to the previous settings to see if that cures it?
