Hello, BMW says it found evil is a cover inside the module where the microfilter is a cap sleeve and carrying a click and not well put, I do not believe anything.

They also say they will change and put new carpet front, but that this must remove the dashboard and air conditioning module, is that true? I do not think it necessary to remove the dashboard to change carpeting.
