All employees regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or belief must be held to the same standard of fairness. Termination of any employee must be color blind.

If an employer faces hurdles terminating an employee of color then there is something wrong with the employer's termination practices. There must be no difference in their firing practices. Termination practices must be fair and accountable to all, especially, the employee being fired.

If a contest is begun by a fired employee where race is a potential element I can assure you any employment lawyer worth her salt will drag the company by the short hairs over, under, and through the coals and will likely prevail.

Unfortunately business have an essential battle with an over abundance of false claims based on race and sexual harassment.

In regards to race there's a sad presence in the community in question that promotes the mentality of entitlement, and victimism, and I believe Obama put it as "a white mans greed serves a friend in need".

It's 4th is that is the true racism, and the racism in such community is taught from a terribly going age....

Meaning from an early age in urban minority communities, racism is often preached within the household from an early age.

That stigma is radiated to those around aswell, and is bound to plague those individuals the rest of their life all based on a misguided upbringing.
