N55 Valvetronic motor post repair issues

Hi, I have a 2013 f20 135i and I’ve recently had my Valvetronic motor replaced as it was ticking badly and one day the car decide to throw up every light relating to it. Anyway installation went smooth and had no issues. Car started up first time and idled perfectly. But since then the motor has still been making a ticking sound and the car is now running rich and I can’t figure out why. The only error code I have is heated o2 sensor from the decat but had for over a month now and didn’t effect the car. There is no loss in power and no no visible leaks or anything and I can’t find any information about bad fuelling after a replacement. Planning on taking is apart again and triple checking everything but hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. Any ideas and advise would be brilliant. Thank you in advance.
