Replacement of lamella, spark plug, bomb, nozzle, cleaning of intake valves, exhaust solenoid.

I have a problem with the car, when I start it and want to go forward or reverse, when I move slower, the revolutions drop to 400/500,
When I stand still and hit the gas, instead of revving up, the revs drop, when the car warms up there is no problem
