Yesterday I turnd on my car(116D F20), and I was driving about 15km. In one moment I got message popped out Drivetrain Possible to continue journey.
Full performance not available.
Have the problem checked by your Service Partner. Car was driving completely normally besides that message was still there all the time. I reached home and after 2h I tried to switch the car ON and it’s still there. Later I found some useful video on you tube how to get in the secret menu and how to see fault codes on your car. The code that I got is E12C1D. I also need to add that I was 3 days before that happened in BMW dealership and I got two codes when they checked the car, one is to replace the glow plugs and the module because car turns ON hard while it’s very cold, and other code is to replace intake manifold. Is this somehow connected with this E12C1D and if not, what is this code?
