Vanos removal fail

Hi, I’m a F20 116i owner and been so disappointed with my local workshop that I decided to do my own works on my car.
That’s why I tried to remove my exhaust vanos solenoid valve and it went wrong. I rounded its head and now I can’t get it off. Also it is so hard to get the tool there that I don’t know how to even get that thing out with another method… any thought? Maybe taking out the turbo so I’ll have a clearer view?

Clearly I messed up and should take it to a profesional but I want to know what could be done.
Thanks for your answers, and you are free to make fun of me haha just don’t be rude
