140i intercooler

Merry Christmas all

Has anyone got any recommendations for an intercooler upgrade?

Not many options out there because the stock water-to-air intercooler is much better than the traditional air-to-air setups. There is one upgrade from a company I think, including the heat exchanger but it is really overkill unless you are running a 700+ bhp car that you also drag constantly when you are driving.
I personally know nobody that has installed such an upgrade and that includes owners of 500-600bhp tuned M140s that also track / drag them.

Waste of money on a road car.

How long can you use full boost on a public road. Not long enough for the existing chargecooler to heat up, especially this time of year?
