I picked mine up a couple of weeks ago then almost immediately went overseas. So I have only have put 100kms on it, but really happy so far.
I don't know why they don't sell more of them in manual, the gearbox is good and I think it feels quicker than the auto (I know it isn't). Was also a nice suprise that the gearbox does rev matching, I didn't know that was the case. New salesman at the dealership sorted everything out with the wheels and actually knows about the cars unlike most salesmen (thanks Josh). I'd put up a couple of pics but photobucket appears to be playing silly buggers. |

Yes, it's a bloody great car. I picked up the automatic and haven't driven it much though... The M Performance exhaust is just simply awesome to listen to
![]() Here's a recent article if you are interested https://practicalmotoring.com.au/car...dition-review/ Glad to hear you have picked up your car including the spare set of track tyres. Enjoy your car as I know you will ![]() |

Not yet, getting full interior and exterior protection package done on Wenesday.
Which will be needed as it already has a babyseat installed and pram in the boot. |

You're in the same situation as me.
![]() Are you using BMW or Permaguard paint protection? Either way, the car will have a permanent glistening look with no waxing required and only a wash with ph neutral car wash. |

I'm getting my usual detailer to do it.
Not sure what he's using inside, outside is getting a light polish and Cquartz finest. I'm a big fan of coatings, have had them applied on a few cars now. |

Hi guys,
I pick up my white, performance edition m140i on sep 2 ( must have nearly hit the last one). Did all of you have success on getting the 18" wheels included? I asked my dealer on the phone and he said it just came with 19's , so I forwarded him the wheels article... nothing heard yet! any tips? Thanks |

Great to hear you are taking delivery of the very few remaining PE's. I know you won't be disappointed as I've been impressed and love my estoril blue. Regarding the original 18' wheels which come production fitted you should receive them after Prixcar fit the 19' wheels during compliance.
I would advise insisting on the wheels with the sales consultant as I received my spare wheels when my PE car came from Port of Brisbane to Sydney after compliance to a Sydney Dealership. I have heard that some dealerships don't offer the 18' wheels as it's up to the discretion of the dealership. Let us know how you go ![]() |
