Wheel locking nut location F20

Hi

I'm trying to figure out where the locking nut is meant to go. I've read that it's meant to be in the little cupboard thing in the boot but I can't see a place for it in there. We've an F31 and it's glaringly obvious where it lives there. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Don't know where the official place is, but I keep mine in the battery well wrapped in a rag.

Hi,

It's in the "tool kit" compartment in the boot ("side storage compartment left" in the handbook, page 129). Behind the door , straight in front of the towing eye/loop, next to the screwdriver.

Edit: no, not in front, just inside the towing eye/loop when it's fixed in it's place! That's where.
