Bmw 116i 2014 rattle

Hi, I’m asking for help identifying a rattle which has recently started on my bmw 116i (2014), I’m asking here to see if anyone else has had this problem as I think it would be hard to describe it to a garage. When I accelerate in gears 1,2,3,4 with the revs between 2k to 3k and I let off the acceleration I hear a brief rattle/ grinding noise, this only happens when driving and not with the car in neutral and revving to 2-3k or even with it in gear but with the clutch depressed, purely when driving this noise occurs, can anyone help.

The only rattle I can remember discussed here is the turbine's heat shield.

Does it also occur when the engine is on the right temperature?
