Wheel Setup

Which wheels have you mounted/ Which wheels you wish you could mount on your F20/F21?

I'm looking to change my 386M styling for another (bigger, wider) setup.

as my car is Mineral Grey, i'd look for a dark grey setup.

Maybe the Gunmetal wheels from VMR

or the OZ Superturismo LM dark grey

or cheaper option, 388 style BMW ...

What would be your choice lads?

I have the silver grey Superturismo's (17") on my mineral white F20, so I'm biased.

But I think it's a really nice wheel for the car, and have received several positive comments as well. It's a shame BMW doesn't offer wheels with that simplicity.

I don't like cross dressing . I think you should stick to OEM.

I had the Supertourismo LM on my Polo GTI previously. Love the looks of it!

I think BBS Le Mans (I have replicas on our car) and M3 CSL wheels look good on the one series.

M135i wheels are clean looking! I'm getting these after we come back from our holiday. We can keep the winter tires on our optional 18" pretty easy.

Otherwise Morr vs70 is coming out, or Vorsteiner flow formed vs101.

Sure. Just a few quick snaps with my phone, let me know if you want to see something specific.

Didn't think about the stock m135i wheels... could be a good idea actually!

Does anybody know where i could find them in second hand and if it fits without problem on a 120d M Sport?

I could actually go to a BMW dealer and ask for an offer, but if I can get secondhand, would be much easier i guess!

I will receive my M135i next week, and I'm thinking about putting on 19" BBS.

So if you are interested in the original 18" M135i wheels, send me a PM.

I don't see why they would not fit on 120D (if it is also F2X-series).

F20/21 body is the same as the M135i. Take a look at leebman24.de they sell the entire set for aprox 1500 incl shipping to Belgium!

fell totally in love with the VMR wheels.

I think i'm gonna order a set of:

Front: 8,5x18 ET40 5x120
Rear: 9,5x18 ET45 5x120

Do you guys think it should fit properly? or not?

I think 8" Et30mm is too aggressive - here's my m135i on H&R springs with oem style 397 8" ET34mm and MPSS 245/35/18

Too aggressive. I was running 8x18 ET40 OZ Ultraleggeras (for sale btw) and those looked pretty flush.

Very nice setup , thanks for the picture. If you have more from the back it will help me decide.

If ET34 looks like this , for sure ET30 will rubb the back fenders
Also Michelin are stretched compared with other tyres manufacturers

I could go with 8J x18 ET30 or ET34 with 235/35 tyres but will be at the top limit.
Better to have wider tyres 245 with a ET43

Thank you all for you're help
