My girl is starting to get a little wobbly. I think her age is showing.

She is doing well, she still a youngster at 3 years old. Hope that your girl check-up is good.

Tart chocolat

Recipe from Bruno Albouze.

Simple and classic chocolate ganache-based tart, with sweet shortcrust pastry.

A bit overcooked because the oven was a little too warm and the tart ring I used was a bit too shallow.

Tasty nonetheless!
