Starter/ignition fault

Evening all

Went to start my car 2016 f20 and came up with starter/ignition fault, engine cannot be started.

Anyone had this issue? Battery is fine, can’t hear the starter click. I’ve attached a photo

Disconnect the battery for an hour and try it again.
