Hello, I have a BMW iDrive error and I have searched everywhere and no body can seem to help, if anyone could that would be amazing,

It keeps doing this with a white background with blue text,

Google tells me this could be a so called 'white screen of death'. Did you try to hold the radio's power button for 30 seconds so the iDrive system will reset itself?

Oh well that doesn't sound good at all, yeah I did try the reset thing did nothing,
What would be the way to fix this?

does not look like a bmw error message.. check for retrofits attached to the headunit or behind the glovebox...

Oh right um as far as Im aware the car is completely stock, and what do you mean by behind the glove box, as is check if there is anything additional attached or?

The error has to do with the DAB tuner. Does your car have stock DAB?
