Did you get the adaptive dampers option? I've got it on mine and the steering in comfort is much meatier than the loan m135i I had for a week that had the standard setup. I'm not sure why but it was definitely noticeable. The standard in comfort felt waaaay too light. I drove the car in sport all the time cos it was so annoying. However on mine, I drive mostly in comfort and its great.

Yes, I have M Adaptive dampers, although I'm not sure why that would affect steering feel. One thing I do know I'd that you need to check tyre pressures. When I received my car, it had 3,2bar all round, which was one reason the steering gelt light. That said,crediting the pressures to 2.2bar has reduced the steering lightness in Comfort, but it's still too light, IMO
