Been a while since I posted in here. Was exposed to Covid during the week so thought I’d play it safe by quarantining. Made a ribeye on the ninja indoor grill. Not as good as over an open flame but the thing actually makes a decent steak. Cauliflower rice on the side.

Pretty traditional sit-down Christmas for me, wife, and in-laws. Rib roast (2.5 hrs @300 F in the BGE), pureed cauliflower, sautéed beans/bacon/mushrooms, scalloped potatoes, béarnaise sauce. Crème Brûlée for dessert (no pic).
