If you disregard your local BMW dealer, you can find your part reference number here (refine the car selection first) and search for it.

For example (just a quick lookup), I see the base package (currently) available to Ireland from UK or (quite cheaper) from Germany. If you really need this kind of help you'd better go to the dealer still.

No, it does not look like M140i parts are applicable: M140i, regular. Although it can/should be just a "formal" reason like no fog lights allowance (for M140i).
