USB Stick not reading

Hi

My car has the standard USB but it's not reading my stick.

I think the file type's are MPEG4 (out of itunes library) so not sure if this is the problem. If so, how do I resolve?

Cheers

MP3 files are working fine for me. You will find plenty of converters by using Google.
Here is one way by using iTunes:

Try out an mp3-file at first to see the stick can be read. Otherwise check if your Usb-stick is formatted in FAT32 (and not in NTFS).
