What's For Dinner Tonight?

This one's not very photogenic... but baked chicken, breaded with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Chilli powder, and mozzarella cheese. Along with some baked potatoes and baked broccoli tossed in lemon zest.

Its cold and rainy, so chilaquiles verdes. I know its not in the spirit of the dish but I just made everything from scratch. Only thing not pictured is the shredded hen from last night.

With the required side dish of Atelier del Maestro
