Can I find without remove the screen which HU is in my car ?
It's a F20 from 2012.

Options :
S606A-Navigation system Business
S698A-Area-Code 2 for DVD
S6NHA-Hands-free with USB interface

Little screen 6.5"
No streaming bluetooth, no combox

Can I know with e-sys or bimmercode ?

Not literally, AFAIK: there's a separate "Car Infotainment computer" next to "CHAMP 2" on realoem as you could see. But it depends on what you mean: see this thread for example.
