What are the sizes you're looking at?

I beleive they only have sizes available for E87/E88 and those are no issue on F20/F21 as there is slightly more space.

Also, I haven't seen anyone with TE37 on a F20/F21. Unfortunately, they're not as concave as I wish they would be

The current TE37 SL is only made in 18" to fit BMW (5x120PCD) with the following sizes

18x8.5 +35 - Might fit but may need front guard modification
18x9.5 +22
18x10.5 +20
18x11 +18

The other sizes are no chance on the F20
These are from the Rays (Volk) japan site

thanks for the info bbenny.

So the ones that maybe will fit without problems , will be 18x8.5 +35 front - 18x9.5 +22 back?

no you wont fit the 9.5" rear offset is too aggressive so it would stick way out from the guards.
Even the fronts with 8.5 +35 will be very close to the guard and may rub depending on tyre size.
You would have to run 8.5 +35 front and rear.

i understand 1 series is the cheap one, so making expensive wheels for it can be a bit of a risk, hope they make it

Yeah the biggest let down with the F20/21 is the offset, they are so high that we cant get the regular sizes or more concave wheels that other models get.

That is one way of seeing it. Another way is to say that it has a rather wide stance from the factory. Even quite modest wheels are rather flush compared to other models.

It does have a wide stance, but it could have the same stance just with a lower offset wheel. I don't know if higher offsets create better handling or performance. look at the M3/M4/M5/M6 These are high performance cars that have very low offsets. (and incredible wheel choices because of it

They look good with expensive aftermarket wheels indeed. But if you equip them with affordable normal offset wheels, they are far from flush. I see this a lot at winter time, when they are running narrower tyres.

Very nice indeed, but very expensive. And not available in a nice concave look for our 1-series. Otherwise I would've bought a set
