Difference between 120d and 125d?

Noticed a few 125d's cropping up on a auc website.
Other than the exhaust are there any major differences?

Are the 118d and 120d the same engine? However, the 120d won't remap to the capabilities of a 125d?!

Thanks

Very curious about this too, mostly differences between 118d and 120.
I know that the 125d is a bi-turbo and the others are single turbo, so I'm guessing it will be much more than a tuning diffence.

Ah wasn't aware that it was bi-turbo. Makes sense!
