Hello everyone,

Recently, a very strange chirping noise has appeared on cold starts (video).

It does not start chirping immediately after starting the car, but maybe after 10 seconds. The revs also go up (~1500 ish) and then it starts chirping. While the chirping is going on, I can't really accelerate. It does not let me rev past the point where the chirp is present. It almost feels like the car is in limp mode, but no engine light or codes show up.

What's very interesting and might help: if I turn the car off and on right after the first startup, the chirping goes away and everything is fine. The revs also drop after restarting.

It sounds like it is coming from the area of the turbocharger.

I have been searching the internet for a few days now but with no luck. I only found one video with a similar chirping sound. The person said there was a leak somewhere in his intake manifold.

I thought maybe one of you has also had this rare issue and might know what is wrong.

Edit: I already changed; the serpentime belt, water pump, water pump pulley, main crankshaft pulley, and checked all the other pulleys for any play or noises and they are all OK I think.
