Help me value my m235i

Hi - thinking of selling a 2016 m235i xdrive with 68K on the clock. I don't need to sell so it's not a distressed situation, but the values I've seen are all over the place. I also don't need to squeeze every penny out of it.

I believe I am the third owner and I have put about 7k on it. Since buying it a couple years ago I had a full tune up done, rear brakes and shocks, and the front end sprayed to repair all the stone chips (it was a New Hampshire car).

It's not my daily driver which is why I've put so few miles on it. It does not have run flats so I carry a full spare. It's got the OEM stereo, nav and a heated steering wheel.

Inside and out it's in great shape.

Thanks in advance.

68k miles on a 6 year old car is average mileage for any 6 year old car. i wouldn't call it "so few miles". Have you tried Kelly Blue Book?

if you've found values "all over the place", pretty sure the answers here will be even more all over the place LOL

Just do a search on Cars.com and see what other people are selling the same car for.

Reading is fundamental. He has only put 7k on it; hence, the so few miles comment.

Looks like $28,000 - $29,000 range. Here is a similar car from KBB: https://www.kbb.com/cars-for-sale/ve...ckType=listing

While not actively marketing the car if anyone is looking for a well-cared for 2016 just PM me for details. Prefer to deal with someone "local" (New England) to show it in person.

I recently traded my bought as new 2015 M235 with 72k miles, 3 slightly bent wheels and in need of a brake job for 20 grand and the dealer put it on the lot with an oil change and brake fluid flush (as per Carfax) for 24,400. Car lasted less than a week on their website. Who knows what they got for it. This is in Connecticut.

Thanks. I figure around $22-23K is a fair price for it.
