F21 No sound from speakers

Hi

I have no sound coming from my f21 2018 model.
118 shadowline with harmon kardon. Right hand drive.

The car went in for repair on the right rear quarter panel and found this harness. Can anyone assist with what it suppose to connect to?

I have heard that it might not work if the speakers might have a wiring issue so i will be checking those next

The plug is not supposed to be used on this car
