Wondering if anyone can suggest some mods to Futureproof the M135i? Obviously after the regular servicing and maintenance.

Thank you very much! Have you installed these from personal experience or is it common knowledge?

I installed them on my previous vehicle and I will reinstall them on the new one.

The main fault of the M135i and its charge pipe (which under increased pressure ends up breaking or splitting at the fitting) then its shortness of breath in recovery, when you make several close accelerations, and finally, its constantly high oil temperature which does not support the big sun and the traffic jams
