Electronic power steering

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has had any issues regarding the electric power steering on an F20, mine is a 118i Msport on 2015 reg.
My steering seems very light compared to when I brought it last February, ie, wonders alot about the road, understeers horribly. Ive had 4 new Michelin pilot sport 4s on the car and the tracking done at the same time everything was fine till about 2 weeks ago when it went extremely light, been back 3 times now to get tracking checked and everything fine, just wondered if it maybe some kind of control box problem and not the steering rack, any help or info on this would be greatly appreciated as it's doing my head in now. Thanks in advance.

What about your tire pressure: can it happen just too high?

I've set the tyres pressures to the same as the runflats that where on before 32psi front (225/40/18) and 35psi rear (245/35/18)

When a car wanders a lot, it is usually a sign of toe-out, but if that is the case, it should reduce understeer. I can't think of a fault that would cause your symptoms, but maybe power steering issues is most likely.

That is what I'm starting to think, worst part is the car has only done around 25000 miles on a 2015 plate. So car is out of warranty now
