I pretty much eat eggs everyday for breakfast, either eggs and bacon or scrambled with ham or in an omelet. However I have a lot of joint pain and my gf said eggs might be making it worse. So for the past week I have not had eggs. Instead I have like ground turkey or sausage with either some vegetables or potatoes and cheese. Now.... I'm not super in tune with what makes me feel certain ways, but I'm 85% sure I've had less pain since I cut the eggs so I will continue doing it for now.

Having eggs everyday is not that good, the couple of soft boiled I have once or twice a week is fine for me.

Yeah, but gotta pick my battles. Trying to lose weight also and the only thing that ever works for me is low carb, but then that limits other things I would normally eat for breakfast like oatmeal etc and unlike my gf I'm not one who can eat whatever for breakfast, I need breakfast food.

Luckily these "meat scrambles" she's been making are pretty good.

I made these Scandinavian waffles for breakfast! Served with peach preserves which I bought in Solvang during a roadtrip along the California coast. Basically, my travel memories on a plate.
