how to load europe map in idrive
i shipped my car to europe and now my navigation is not working at all. i brought my car to a bmw dealership and these boneheads don't know what to do. i'm thinking i will need to load the europe maps? if so where do i get the europe maps and how do i load it to my idrive? has anyone had this issue at all. help is appreciated. thanks.
