My analysis is the change of direction at full speed running, with weight shifting forward and pushing off toes in a new direction is the cause of the micro tears. Heel cups won't help that

…I rescued my yucca plant. It developed fungus. After weeks of micro-dosing it on fungicide it's a happy healthy yucca plant again.

Also, my bad I didn't get the location right in the first place. Apparently really green leaves indicated it was compensating for lack of sunlight.

i just re-read the "rules" All it says is that I need a license, and be over 21.

My blood test results came back, and my A1C is back on the scale again! Still not acceptable, but at least the results are within the range of the lab's test this time and not completely off the scale.....
