Tyre monitor fault
Ohh this has been driving me mad, 3 days ago poodling along when I get all the bells ringing tyre pressure loss do no drive over 50mph.
Stopped and checked all ok, reset via idrive 4 hours later off it goes again only this time I was on the motorway and it reduces the speed automatically to 50mph with the LIM light on. Took to kwickFit they reported no punctures but said the 2 front tyres need replacing due to wear and OSR is on the border line and also replaced All replaced reset again via idrive and all day this bloody alarm telling me I have lost pressure, checked tonight and all pressures still the same and ok. Any idea as it's driving me nuts. |

It doesn't indicate which tyre,it shows all 4 wheels in yellow. Don't think it,s that clever to indicate which tyre is failing.
Also nw got the ABS light on when accelerating, I am so fed up of this car, since new it's spends most of its time in the bloomin BMW garage. |

Given that it's alarming all 4 tyres and on checking pressures you are finding the pressures OK, then maybe the 4 way alarm indicates a system fault.
Should be simple for the dealer to diagnose and fix imo.

I think the monitoring uses the ABS/DSC sensors to detect the rotation of each wheel and when it spots a sufficient difference between any of them it signals an alert. Considering your ABS light is also coming on I'd guess the fault is in there somewhere.
