hi, sorry for my bad english.

I have a problem with the business navigation system in my bmw f20, 2014 year.
Sometimes it works well, everything is great, no problems! but sometimes don't work bluetooth, navigation does not work, the usb not work, does not respond to the key nav or the tel. can not see service history ... work only radio. does not show clock! only --:- -! journey computer not work

can anybody help me solve the problem?
