Ha, ha, ha (nervous laughter)....I try not to think about how much $$$ I've dropped in camera equipment/gear. I would probably just brake down and cry.......and then buy something else to cheer myself up.

Then don't forget insurance. A normal homeowners policy will be limited as to the amount of personal items that are covered. A separate policy with the items scheduled is rather inexpensive.
