When you need a handle or strap to carry it.

I wear "belly bags" across the chest or back. This is my current small daily for when I don't need to carry a water bottle:
  • Chrome Tensile Sling - Red, because I like red bags for some reason. The seat belt buckle is extremely addicting and satisfying.
  • Heroclip - in red to match. All purpose to hang my hat etc. Also can hang from the edge of a table or chair so I don't have to put my bag on the ground.
  • Apple Watch Ultra 2 - To track my workouts. Full rings this morning already!
  • Apple Air Tag - In case I misplace my bag.
  • Olight - Got this free for buying one if their fancier flashlights, but I end up carrying this more instead!
  • Apple Airpods Pro 2 - I have partial deafness and this doubles as a hearing aid and hearing protector. Decibel complication on the Apple Watch helps me protect the precious hearing I have left too.
  • BMW G87 M2 Key - for stress relief
  • Purell - people be dirty.
  • Ray-Ban Meta - On the go video and photos, discreet music and taking calls plus AI assistant.
  • Wallet - I still need to work on a minimalist wallet, but I can't let go just yet!
  • Anker Zolo - Magsafe Power Bank with USB-C cable and built-in stand. This is the best charger I've ever had.
I hate having to carry a fob and a wallet when not driving the Tesla. No way I'm carrying all that stuff around.

Unfortunately, my hearing loss requires ear protection and sometimes hearing aide. The Anker battery keeps my Airpods and iPhone charged. I'm carrying sunglasses regardless, so that's not extra.

I have earpods, sometimes I wear them all day while doing work outside. Have never needed to charge them mid day. At most a quick charge in the case and good to go. Same with my phone, lasts all day 90% of the time. On a bad day I may be down to 20% by the end of the day. But I work from home and can also charge in car so I'm never far from a charger if I needed it.

A black or tan purse/small bag whatever you want to call it would be ideal to save you looking like an odd ball with bulging trouser pockets. Additions on what have already been said could be freshen up tissues, a comb and even a small spray bottle of eau de toilette.

Weighing down pants/shorts is awful.

I only keep my wallet in my pocket. My phone, earbuds, prescription sunglasses, keys, hand sanitizer, water bottle, etc all go into my slings or backpacks. I usually keep a cloth for my glasses, tissues and toothpicks too. Lol

I use all sorts of bags but not the sling bag and if I use a waist bag for anything its going on my back or if lots of people are around I can wear it across the front at a diagonal.

The "murse" is a no go and you know the difference between a mens bag and womens/soy boy bags.

The color, texture, and brand also matter.

If you like Mens bags I suggest Tumi "Mens" line. I use the Tumi backpack, luggage, and duffle bag all purchased 10+ years ago still running strong. I got my Dad hes 65+ a Tumi backpack and he loves it as well.

Last is the military bags or pouches..those are okay as well in my book unless you wear it like a purse.

I’ll take a sling bag every day over a fanny pack (aka waist bag). Not that I think anything is wrong with a fanny pack, it’s just too small for day to day use.

I have a wife and kids with multiple devices, so I like to have something ready just in case.

Totally depends on what my plans are for the day. Quick errands, crossbody bag. A hike, amusement park, anything where I will want to bring a water bottle, sling bag.

One of my crossbodies fits a water bottle, which is nice. If I need more water (we walk a lot), I take a backpack.

How big is that? Perhaps my water bottle is bigger than yours!

I’m sure it is. Lmfao.

I can only carry the 16.9oz in that. If I take my swell or multiple bottles, I grab a backpack!
