You had me thinking about some crackers and PB last night though - that might have to happen this weekend. Might even spring for Ritz.
Same here. I rarely eat dinner. On a cut at the moment so it's 1800 Kcal/day right now. Three scoops of whey with coffee between 4:30 a.m. - lunch. By the time lunch comes around, my stomach sounds like lions are having a rap battle. After lunch, intermittent fasting until lunch the next day, aside from my protein shake after the gym.

I'm sitting here trying to decide...Looked on GrubHub and nothings appealing.
Scan my brain for the local places and nothings appealing.

Probably going to get a Zaxby's salad next door so I dont feel "so" guilty for fast food

I do Zaxby's about twice a week. Gilled cobb, 86 the toast, add chicken, no dressing, roughly 500 kcal.

Vegetables confit. A veggie stew I threw together with things I had in the fridge.

Cauliflower, potatoes, fennel bulb, onions, garlic and tomatoes. Sauteed in EVOO and a little butter. Seasoned with S&P, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, basil and oregano. Stewed in chicken stock for 3 hours. Really good and good for you.

No pics, sorry.

Egg sandwich. It is my go to meal if I don't have food lying around or if I don't feel like cooking. Toast the bread, 3 eggs, toss in some cheese. Have a meal in about 4 minutes flat. Often have it for dinner too when I play 9 holes after work as I don't get home until like 8:30pm when I play.
