It's the letters. They represent a three-word expletive for a certain political "leader" made famous at various sporting events a couple of years ago. IIRC, it was first made famous at a NASCAR race when the chant broke out after the race and the announcer covered it up by saying the crowd was chanting "let's go Brandon," the winner of the race (Brandon Jones).

I thought that of all states, this one would not issue those letters in that sequence; ESPECIALLY since our governor is the president-in-waiting.
