Future dating advice: Don't take her somewhere too over-the-top for first dates; if things go well, anything less than $50 is more than worth it (and that's bundling the cost of gas, wear-and-tear on tangible items, etc.). If things don't, you only lost $50. Plenty of people in this world can attest that they've spent hundreds on a chick and didn't get so much as a good night kiss (guilty... But I was 19 and didn't know any better after a high-end cafe, art gallery, and getting sushi).

Speaking of which, did you at least get one?

Best advice ever!

This is why I usually met girls right after dinner time at coffee shop to reduce cost. Just conversation for over 5 hours for me and date was better than typical first dates.

Most importantly, you save money for other first dates or 2nd+ dates.
