What about 125d?
For petrol engines the gains are impressive! But don't you think it's necessary an upgraded cooling system?

If you like to play more with dyno tools - I would strongly recommend PerfExpert.

I did 7 pulls and removed best+worst - these results are very impressive considering its an app

Looks like a great app and it's available on iPhone as well!. Do you use a OBD 2 - bluetooth connection with this app?

Here someone I know's 125d.
He's been driving around for a few months now with the mapping and very satisfied. Have not yet been able to compare to my stock 125d though.

Looks like your 0-200km/h is just around 24 seconds, which makes it just 2 seconds slower than a VW Golf GTI MK7. I think its a amazing improvement!

PerfExpert does not require OBD2 access. Its running on the phone accelerometer and GPS only.

What does it have to know about the car? Current weight, frontal area and aero coefficient?

definitelly is an upgrade that can make you smile all the time.
in auto 8g car like mine you dont need to kick down anymore . Car now have the enough power to rev better without need to push engine at high rpms..

This is what I like to hear . After having a 120D F20 with autobox the petrol engine with autobox is just so annoying. It's continuously shifting especially on the high way around 110-130km/h when you just gaining some speed. Also acceleration hard to passing someone is really embarrassing because of the sound of the engine and speed it gaining.

I'm interested in the results!

I just had a long road trip with mine. Actually I went in for another map upgrade last week. And the power improved even more. The 210 kph limiter is also removed. The car is just awesome. It's fun so much fun drive. I enjoy using sport mode, which I found pretty useless before.

I will definitely try that app :-)

Guys, any of you measured the new 0-100kph of the 116i after the ECU remap?

I am really eager to now the new numbers. Stock 116i mine is around 8,5s the 0-100kph.

And if anyone knows about ECU remap of 116i in Brazil, please let me know.

Cheers

EDJEBMW told us that his 114i manual(with BR-performance tuning) does a 0-100km/h 6.1 seconds. This is a insane improvement and which i'd like to see on video.

Blacktan(BR-performance) his 116i with autobox does a 0-200km/h in +/- 24seconds.

dizx (Mcchip-DKR Performance - Autowerks Bangkok) - Before his ecu-update - 7.4 seconds 0-100km/h.

You could send your ECU to BR-performance like Blacktan did.

Any new tacho videos of the tuned 114i, 116i or 118is?

I would love to see a 0-200 video with good visibility of the tacho.

How are you guys monitoring oil temps, especially on the F20? The 14i and 16i does not seem to have oil coolers like the 18i. It may be a worthwhile mod after the remap if you are constantly running in 'Sports'.

This tune seems to favour the 118i less. Or the 1.6L 320i ED for that matter. With a piggyback like Hartge/racechip, it is already the norm to hit the figures mentioned earlier.
See this vid:

What it does is bring the 14i and 16i to the level of a tuned 18i/320i ED, which was not previously possible with just piggybacks.
