I shopped around, but was limited to what was available. Unfortunately we needed car ASAP so could only go buy what dealers had coming already on the ship. If I waited till mid-late Jan I could of had Bus Sat Nav as dealer had one ordered for stock. I did find one car in stock with Pro Sat Nav, Sunroof and a few other options, but was over $60k. I could of had a 320D M Sport Demo for that.
Discount was not bad, but first BMW, so not sure what discount they would offer. A few dealers mentioned that due to stock and it was a new release, then limited margin... Not sure etiquette for posting prices on this site. If there is an email function would be happy to compare. Otherwise, I am on the Gold Coast if you are around for a catch up. |

I just wish we did not have to pay so much for our cars. I could of purchased a M1 in the UK for the price of a standard 118i with options. M1 over here starts at $100k. Saw it on Top Gear and wanted one, then i saw the price in Australia. Ridiculous..

Hi All, as my came from a company car list the only extra I was allowed was met paint...I went for Black Sapphire...recommended!
...the most useful extra for me (6ft 1) would have been sports seats, the standard SE ones are utter.....you can guess the rest! |

Ordered an 118D Sport, automatic, mineral grey, visibility, driver and interior comfort packs with brushed aluminium interior trim. Delivery for 2012 plate. The wait is the worst bit.

Auto
sounds good eezzee, wish I could have ordered the auto, it sounds very impressive. Combination of 6ft 1 and and offset driving position are making this car hard to live with. Test drove the sport and the seats were great, sadly could only order SE spec...the seats are pathetic
