so the caliper on the M Perf would also be bigger to accommodate the larger disks right? reason i ask is they look the same in the pics just different color..

I believe you can keep 18" with m perf brakes and perhaps just reduce ET or add a spacer... In my case I had to go to ET40 from ET45 because spoke design of these AEZ rims is not as slim as BMW wheels. But with forging I would expect your bbs rims to have quite slim spoke design... |

Anyone knows what's the price for replacement brake pads on M Sport brakes?
Is it that more expensive from basic pads? I want to order my 116i with sport brakes but future costs are important... |

It's definitely more costly than the basic brake pads due to different type of materials used.
