Pic dump, testing out the camera on the Pixel 10 pro. in no particular order:

Great Blue Heron chilling at one of this regular spots.

Bald eagle circling over the office with some heavy AI post processing made it look like a video game.

Brown squirrel in the smoke tree if you can spot it.

I think that the GBH one is excellent and would be even stronger with a little tighter crop.

The eagle just demands a much longer focal length. The squirrel seems out of focus, or cropped way too much.

The eagle was more of an experiment 70x zoom of a moving target. Some frames came out looking just laughably terrible. Like the post processor thought it should use airplane stock photos instead of birds.

Squirrel had some zoom issues, agreed. Here's a less zoomed version he was patient enough for me to take. - popping out old one

The zooming shows the failure of the basic physics of asking a tiny sensor and lens to do the work of a proper piece of glass and sensor. The gap is actually closing, but there's a long ways to go.

I'm not certain, but I think that we were shooting together within a few hundred yards of where I got that eagle shot.

About the patience part, I was calculating my investment in staking out one thistle plant in hopes of getting some goldfinch shots. It was five-hours before I abandoned today with no shots.

I've been out at our local reservoir a few times when there have been eagles fishing. But they always seem to be fishing in an area that has no access except by boat. Even with a bazooka lens like you have, it'd be a tough stretch to get a decent shot. I remember you took me to an area with hummingbirds and there was no shortage of targets.
