2.000 yds, good swim. Not particularly fast, just a good workout. Shared the lane for half the time and had a lane to myself the other half.

1800m/1962yds today, good swim.
Found a 50m pool while traveling, a nice change. Slower pace because of fewer wall push-offs. I prefer 50m pools because of the larger water volume and fewer waves. Short course pools can feel like swimming in a bathtub, because of choppy waves, when crowded. |

Good swim yesterday... About 2500m. Main set was 3x100 on 1:50 then 1x300m then 2x100 on 1:50 then 1x200m then 1x100 and finally a 100m as fast as possible. I was breathing hard after that haha. Have been swimming with the next fastest lane for the past few swims and it has been a good challenge to keep up.
