N13 exhaust camshaft rattle

I have a 2013 116i (N13)

My issue is that when the vehicle reaches operating temperature it sounds extremely unpleasant, there's like a rattling sound coming from the exhaust camshaft side. this does this mainly at idle.

I've replaced chain, guides, sprockets, solenoids (genuine) flushed the engine multiple times. Tested oil pressure and it's fine.

The only code that I'm getting is: 130308

I've reset adaptations, relearned valvetronic positions etc with no luck.

I'm losing my mind with this issue.

I want to replace the exhaust camshaft with a used one but I'm not sure if that's the issue.

Engine is timed, and hasn't ever skipped.

Attached is what the vehicle sounds like when at operating temperature.
