monitor 10,25"
Good morning to all, my name is Mauro and I write from Italy.
I own a bmw series 1 f20 m sport registered in July 2014. I have not been able to solve this problem for about 2 weeks. I bought a 10.25 "monitor to support the original 6.5" monitor. the new monitor works perfectly but you can not switch with the original controls of the car. the message "no signal" appears. the installation center is trying to understand why, but it seems to be a problem related to the original Marelli radio. I'm desperate and so I'll call on you if you have a solution. thanks to those who want to give me a hand. Mauro. |

Hello Mauro,
From your scarce description your "monitor" must be actually an over-functional Android device. You should make sure it does support BMW's "CIC" (I presume it from your "original 6.5" monitor" but you'd better make sure what you have) interface to be compatible with your "radio"/controls: some sellers let you choose, some don't - they might just happen to omit this important detail rather than supply a truly universal unit . And don't put a dot after your signature. Last edited by No one; 02-24-2019 at 04:57 PM.. |
