Stock vs ESS flash vs JB4 map2 vs JB4 map6 20psi
So...I have started to use VirtualDyno with my JB4 logs and using the same stretch of road I think I am getting some very accurate results. All pulls are in 4th gear with DSC off. Mechanical mods on all measurements are the same!
***The ESS flash was done remotely (not on a dyno) so there is a small problem with the duty cycle meaning the boost is oscillating around max which you can also see on the graph*** Numbers displayed are engine hp!

Harkes,
I assume you mean power figures are at the crank as opposed to at the wheels as implied on RHS axis of the graph. Were the ESS and JB4 cars using same fuel and add-on mods ? Great comparisons. Virtual Dyno is proving v handy for JB4 users ! BP

Harkes tested my flash tune today with the Vbox 100-200 9.1 sec and seeing a peak boost of 17psi at 5500 - That said its a consistent 14.5psi ecu flash tune. As you know my car produced 364HPATW on a DD Dyno. I have also found VD a wonderful tool

For those numbers you must be running +15psi redline. I did not think that was possible on stock turbo. Or are you running Stg1? My 355whp was @ 16psi + meth.

Hmmm- interesting...I get less power with Pure Stg1 + meth @16psi (355whp). Do you know if they changed your timing?
