Christopher Nolan said yesterday that he'd love to take over the reigns from Sam Mendes and direct a Bond film.
That would be just freakin' amazing. |

It's going to be tough waiting another year for it to come out. A Nolan directed Bond would be awesome to see.

I just read that Christoph Waltz may also be joining the cast.

I've always liked Bond movies. I like over the top, exaggerated action but even those last Pierce Brosnan movies were too much.
I really like these last 3 with Daniel Craig (including QoS) and am looking forward to more. I also recommend Layer Cake to anyone, it's a great movie. In defense of QoS, I'll say that the biggest weakness was a crappy villain, if we can even call him that. The plot wasn't terrible. I know of a real life place where the community is rallying against some company trying to regulate the water. It's also a conversation I've had with friends and think it can potentially happen. So it's not a terribly far-fetched idea. I also liked the throwback to past Bond campiness by having the character of "Strawberry Fields". You also get car, foot, boat, and airplane chase scenes. It's very Bond! |

just posting to say that Daniel Craig's Bond films are among the best of the whole genre of action films in the last decade or so... with the Bourne movies.
we may all want to bring back the first Die Hard, Matrix or Terminator 2 but we'll never get that again.

The new Bond film title was just released and production and shooting are underway for the 11/6/2015 release date. It is the 24th outing of Bond and this time will see him once again going against Blofeld and his group Spectre which is an acronym for "SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion”. With this launch, also came the debut of Bond's new Aston Martin, The DB10 So Blofeld is back! — Sir Roger Moore (sirrogermoore) December 4, 2014

It will be a long year, but well worth the wait. Casino Royale (with Craig of course) is one of my favorite all time Bond movies.
Not digging the new pics of the DB10 though....

That it will. I like the profile of the DB10, but hope there will be some more design tweaking of the front end.

I heard about the leak, and I'm trying to avoid reading about it. That excerpt sounds more like something I would expect from an early Bond film as opposed to Craig's style of Bond.

Bond has Spectre and one more contractually. Rumor is Idris Elba might play Bond after that
